You can still get a great home workout with our Snow Day workout!

SNOW DAY WORKOUT:

No equipment

25 reps/exercise. Repeat as needed!

Beginners 10 reps/exercise and move without jumps

Lateral Ski Jump (feet together side to side jumps)

Ab Snow Angels (on your back shoulders and head off ground)

Cross Country Ski (Power lunge touchdown or back lunge)

Snow Supergirl Burpee (burpee to tummy down arms and legs extend)

Side Lunge Snow Shovel (step out wide to lunge and shovel)

Mt. Everest Climbers (plank mt climbers or wide feet climbers)

Ice Skaters (leap side to side)

Alaskan King Crab Dip and Kick (option tricep dip)

Rope Climb- (V sit and climb invisible rope)

Snow Boarders- (180 Squat Jumps)

Polar Bear Crawl- (hands and knees, crawl forward 4 and back 4)

Snow Ball Rolls- (Seated roll back like a ball, roll back up feet off the ground. Advanced roll back and stand or jump)

The Details

Rates:

Full membership: $45/month includes a key for 24-hour fitness center access, all regular group fitness classe

Family membership: $60/month

Full time student membership: $30/month

Non-members Drop In: $10/class. Please arrive prior to class time to be allowed in the locked doors. Sign in and pay drop-in fee with your instructor.

No enrollment fees or long term contracts. Membership termination requires 30-day notice and key return.

Booty Buster Fit camps: Offered most Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5am and Saturdays at 7am. $10/class. These classes are small group personal training sessions and are not included in our membership fee. Please inquire for more information or to register.

YOGA: Please text Tanya 336-592-0627 for more information or to register for classes. 

 

Personal Training Rates:

May vary according to trainer and sessions.

1 hour session: $60-75 (in-home sessions may be more due to travel expenses/time)

Half hour session: $40

Buddy session: Half hour $20/person; Hour $35/person

Small group personal training: $10-20/person depending on group size

Private In-home sessions available.
